200-Hour Sri Yoga Teacher Training: Part 1, Yoga Sadhana Teacher Immersion Training
To become a 200-hour certified Sri Yoga instructor we now have a brand new training schedule! First, join us for the 100-Hour Yoga Sadhana Teacher Immersion training from June 12 - 21, 2015 in Mount Shasta, CA. Following this intensive will be a set of five weekend practicums that begin the weekend of September 12 and end the weekend of October 11. The 5 weekend practicums will be held in the San Francisco/San Mateo area and are open to anyone who has taken the 100-Hour Yoga Sadhana Immersion Training in June, or has completed a 200-Hour teacher training and would like to get more practicum experience. Certified teachers joining the 100-Hour Weekend Practicum Series will receive 100 Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of asana adjustments and corrections, language, alignment and sequencing.
This Yoga Sadhana Immersion will be held in Mount Shasta, California, and is open to anyone who would like to deepen their practice and have an intensive yoga experience. Held at the powerful Stewart Mineral Springs, this training covers Ayurveda, Doshas, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Chakras, Bandhas, Agni, Tantra, Hatha Yoga, Prana Vayus and Kundalini. The weekend practicums will be held in San Mateo at Nandi Yoga.

SCHEDULE
You will meet for class each morning at 9 am. Lunch time will be 12:30-3 pm. Afternoon session is 3-6pm. Evening programs/contemplation/study time will vary depending on the topic. We will build in time to enjoy Mt Shasta and the surrounding area. There is no cell service on the property for most people. You will need to drive down the hill to get a signal. There are internet cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store in Weed and Mount Shasta. Mount Shasta also has a natural foods store called Berryvale which also has great lunch options.
