You will meet with me once each month via What's App or in-person for coaching, goal setting, personal practice, etc..

Student will observe one class per week, and attend one (as guest) each week with short discussions afterwards regarding energetics and sequencing and breakdown of techniques.

These hours can be applied towards the Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements for Registered Yoga Teacher.

Pre-Requisite 200 hour Certification.
